Received and interpreted phone calls from insurance companies, government organizations, travel agencies, and the medical industry in the form of consecutive interpreting. Received over 90 hours of professional interpretation training.

Served as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Lived and worked in central and southern Honduras serving the people and teaching the gospel message. Was assigned as a training leader over female missionaries in the area; was responsible for leading and teaching women from all over Central and South America the skills necessary to become effective, successful missionaries.
