Under Liz’s tenure as VP of Corporate and Relocation Services, Residential Properties has beenawarded the Crown of Excellence and her team has earned Leading Real Estate Companies of theWorld’s most prestigious designation – RQC – Relo Quality Certification. Liz has managed her teamof relocation consultants ongoing for the past 18 years and personally has been the recipient of manyawards for her expertise and dedication to the relocation industry. She is a frequently requested speaker at regional and national relocation seminars and is a member of ERC and the Relocation Directors Council. She serves as Secretary for the New England Relocation Association and has served two terms on the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s Relocation Advisory Council.

At Rhode Island Hospital, I developed and conducted training seminars for all levels of employees - supervisory, leadership. I served as a consultant to individual departments, completed needs assessments - designed, developed and presented mission specific training proposals and programs - including change management and Service Quality initiatives.
