• Design, develop and implement CU GIS web maps, including soliciting users and teaching training classes. • Develop and maintain the CU GIS database. • Strategize and implement new GIS applications to serve CU client needs, including custom web map layers for FM & HDS Grounds, Public Safety, CU Police, Parking Services, and Capital Assets and Space Planning. • Develop and implement GIS processes to replace manual process for creating maps and reports. • Create, document and implement procedures for GIS database management and other mapping processes. • Utilize AutoCAD and Munsys geospatial database software to integrate new campus project information directly into the Munsys GIS database with ability to reconcile errors, assign attribute information, manage file locations, and preserve data integrity.• Supervise the processing of geographic data into the GIS from a variety of sources including Global Positioning Systems (GPS), project drawing submittals, aerial photos, field inspection, and other sources.• Perform GIS data conversion, data cleanup, editing, and maintenance of graphic data pertaining to the campus utility and site map information• Advise engineers, project managers, consultants, and the campus community on solutions to custom drawing requests by using available drawings and electronic data in accordance with existing CAD standards. • Demonstrate strong customer service ability in communication, GIS project requests, and follow through on deliverable in a timely manner.

Creating new content and finding new uses for the CU GIS database, updating and maintaining the database, drafting campus maps and utility maps, construction document review and processing, customer service.

-Reviewing construction documents for accuracy and completeness as well as corresponding with Project Managers as needed-Drafting and updating plans in AutoCAD-Reviewing active projects-Archiving record-set drawings and documents-Archiving historical drawings & blueprints-Maintaining archive records-Updating & creating campus maps and utility maps as requested-Beginning Autodesk GIS

• Architecture Assistant: update and edit Construction Building Standards and contract documents, receive & distribute inspection requests, brainstorm administrative solutions• Office Assistant: deliver and pick up building contracts & capital construction documents to be signed and approved, input data, file, scan, and organize• Reception: phones, receive bids, direct guests, answer questions, sign for packages, mail• Fleet Cars: gas, wash, check status, and deliver for maintenance

• Monitoring and aiding students in construction of studio & fabrication projects in: Wood shop Metal Shop Digital Laser Cutter Lab CNC Lab (Training)

• Reviewing and processing design-build construction documents & submittals• Communicating with architects, subcontractors, and owner representatives• Creating and maintaining project databases and records• Organizing and facilitating meetings with the Owner, Architect, & user groups. • Participating in safety & quality walks of the construction site
