Responsibilities included: - Responsible for planning and executing Villanova's four-day new student orientation as part of a highly selective 10member student executive board - Interview 300+ candidates, select, and lead 8-person team of transfer counselors through orientation staff training and team-building activities to prepare them as resources and role models for new students - Manage annual adaptations to the program and challenges presented by COVID-19, including translating 60% of the program into an accessible virtual space - Design programming to fulfill the unique needs of 65 incoming transfer students, ultimately successfully integrating them into the Villanova community beyond orientation
