My passion for hospitality began at an early age, inspired by my father’s role as General Manager at The St. Paul Hotel. After graduating from the University of Denver, I built my hospitality experience at esteemed venues like the Waldorf Astoria New York, The Saint Paul Hotel, and in sales roles at Johnson Brothers Liquor Company.After my father passed, I returned to Morrissey Hospitality and took on leadership roles throughout the organization. As Operations Manager at Pazzaluna Urban Italian, I gained hands-on experience in a beloved Twin Cities institution. Later, as Director of Special Projects, I led brand development, managed beverage programming, and oversaw the implementation of upgraded operational technology across the company.Now, as Vice President of Business Development & Marketing, I drive Morrissey’s continued growth by welcoming new partners, shaping brand strategies, and guiding the organization’s vision for the future.
