As the Learning Experience Manager, I lead the strategy, design, development, facilitation, and maintenance of curriculum as well as create a variety of assets (eLearning, videos, guides, job aids, etc.) to support learning and development at Wellthy. Building a L&TD org from the ground up! Leading Learning and Talent Development content creation for the enterprise, including a resource library for our contracting process resource, new hire onboarding content, an external video for clients about a new website feature, and enterprise soft skills training (e.g., giving and receiving feedback).

Leading Sales Enablement content creation for Wellthy, including new hire onboarding for Account Executives and Solutions Consultants, sales training, maintaining sales enablement resources, and creating soft skills training.

Through our corporate social responsibility programs, I developed company-wide resources to train and educate employees on our initiatives, created opportunities to volunteer in the community, oversaw our executive board leadership program, and partnered with nonprofits across the country. Administered a city-wide education initiative, including building training materials, building website content, and designing infographics and marketing materials. Project manager for several multi-million dollar initiatives including budgeting, contract oversight, reporting, and stakeholder management. Trained vendors and contractors on technology and tools and organized seminars, conferences, meetings, and trainings. Started foundation's recognition committee to facilitate employee engagement and retention.

Led training, marketing, planning, and leadership programs within the Buechner School of Governance. Spearheaded a local women’s leadership cohort. Program managed the Certified Public Manager Program and staffed the Rocky Mountain Leadership Program.
