As a Business Analyst, I have used Google Apps to develop weekly tracking and reporting tools to assess operational efficiencies within the Ordering Services team. In addition, I have been working with the Launchpad 2020 Process Design team to launch the upcoming update to Launchpad. My responsibility on the Process Design team is to provide support to ensure that the website interface, and the launch of the update, is accessible to students, families, and staff.

Served as the project manager for the evaluations of multiple federally-funded, statewide initiatives addressing behavioral health needs in school and community youth and young adult populations (see below). Provided expertise in the areas of project management, evaluation and survey analysis and reporting; data collection and analysis; school climate survey design and implementation; web-based database development, delivery, and maintenance; and product development. Supported the evaluation of numerous SAMHSA funded grant initiatives addressing behavioral health needs in school and community youth and young adult populations. Served as the Program Manager for the SEA AWARE school-based mental health initiatives for the State of Tennessee and responsible for overseeing implementation of state and local process and outcome evaluation components and ensuring compliance with federal reporting expectations. Worked closely with the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to provide evaluation and technical assistance services to 23 providers within the state-funded Tennessee Prevention Network to facilitate program level planning and data reporting. Program Manager for the Tennessee’s Partnership for Success Rx initiative, which aims to reduce alcohol and prescription drug abuse. In this role, I provided evaluation and technical support services to 10 community-based, prescription drug abuse prevention coalitions to assist with federal performance reporting requirements.
