I know the unique challenges women face because I was there with you in my late 20’s with a small child, pregnant with #2, a demanding corporate career (that was not fulfilling) and a marriage that was strong, but constantly changing.I was there with you in my early 30’s with 3 small children, a new city with no friends or family and a choice to commit myself fully to my children and home for a few years. So basically alone.I was there with you in my early 40’s with 3 teens, working on my doctorate, growing a business I’m passionate about and working to keep my marriage vibrant… not just cohabitating.And now I’m here in my early 50’s… encouraging 3 children as they launch into adulthood, concerned for my parents, celebrating and mourning with lifelong friends, expanding my business and always working on my marriage... I know what it looks like for a woman to maintain her health and sanity in 2020! At the core is nourishing your body, eliminating toxins and getting serious about dissolving stress.As the Founder and CEO, I’m responsible for all aspects of the business. However, my favorite role is working with clients. Being a bit of a science geek, I LOVE getting test results, diving into client histories and using some detective skills to find the 2-3 levers that will bring the greatest impact.
