An advocate for leading in servitude, she supports The Arc's mission and vision along side the Board of Directors, the President/CEO, the Vice President/CFO, Development's CDO, the Adult Life Enrichment Program, and Case Management Departments. Neta believes workplace cultures thrive and grow through collaborative building of relationships and empowerment. In educational leadership positions, she executed processes to manage improvement programs, built capacity in personnel through training/reflection, and analyzed data to create transformative vision. Utilizing personable leadership skills, she served clientele, managed funding, recruited new hires, and was empathetic to perspectives.
