Virtual trainer celebrating two award-winning programs designed for the Canadian Armed Forces Community - Portfolio Development and HERCS (Helping Entrepreneurs Reach Complete Success). A true Pivot Master, I successfully brought tailored Portfolio Development sessions online within a two-week timeframe to meet the needs of military families specifically in that wake of COVID isolation. Credited with designing, scripting, facilitating, leading a remarkable team, and evaluating pre and post-survey measures within a series funded by MFS (Military Family Services) offering very popular, engaging, interactive virtual training sessions. Often oversubscribed, both HERCS and Portfolio Development programs have seen excellent registration rates! Consistent in partnering with Loyalist College and other community stakeholders, I fully believe that "together we are stronger!" Whether someone is returning to school, wanting to leverage experience towards a new career or just figuring out "what's next", portfolio development has had dramatic and powerful outcomes for almost a decade!Experienced in employment and education counseling, I specialize in assisting military family members and most recently military members who are medically releasing in ascertaining and obtaining their employment and educational goals.
