My name is Elizabeth Oakes and i am a permanent make up technician,working out of 180 beauty clinics in Ireland / Northern Ireland and I have recently extended my work and training out of Dubai. I am highly trained and skilled as you can see from my Awards and Certificates. I use this state of the art technique for a variety of Permanent Cosmetic Enhancements such as Permanent Eyebrows, Eyeliner, Lip Liner, Eyebrow Embroidery. Other Permanent Cosmetic Procedures i carry out include Scar Camouflage, Cleft Lip Camouflage, and Areola Restoration after breast surgery.

I am a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), and at present i am the only Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional living in Ireland.I am also the Director of the EIPMU Training School, European Instuite of Permanent Make Up which is the only permanent make up training school in Europe that is currently teaching the new eyebrow embroidery technique.I am currently the Distributor for Purebeau materials and products in Ireland which includes Machines, Needles and Handpiecies for Permanent Make Up Techinicians.I have extensive training in all disciplines of Permanent Make Up Artistry and currently i am working in Ireland, and Northern Ireland. I am also working out of salons and spas in Dubai at present.I have a great eye for detail and a steady hand – trademarks that have made me a world leader within the industry.I conform to the strict standards required by SPCP membership. This means I undertakes continuous education and training plus ongoing examinations including blood bourne pathogens, colour theory, standards, techniques and ongoing improvements of methodology.SPCP requires members to undertake continuous education and training, as well as ongoing examinations. Non-certified therapists do not conform to these strict standards.Always ask if your therapist is a member of SPCP before undertaking permanent makeup. Remember this is a long term treatment and must be done by a professional.

I have held a Permanent Make Up Clinic in Harley Street on a regular basis and then came back to Ireland building up my profile, I am now working out of 110 clinics all around Ireland and Northern Ireland and have extended my work to various spa and salons out of Dubai. I am the director of The European Institute of permanent make up which is Europe's leading training permanent make up school, and the only school in Europe which is teaching the new eyebrow embroidery technique.

I was a Trainer Techician for IIPC whose educational standards are highly renouned within the permanent makeup industry.
