• Conducted in-depth interviews with 129 key stakeholders, including government officials and experts in transportation, housing, land use, and environment. Designed protocols and coded and synthesized qualitative data using Atlas TI.• Collected, managed, and analyzed data for tax incentives and other tools to promote transit accessible affordable housing for HUD funded project. Helped built database with information from 40+ housing finance agencies from 2003 to 2012, creating scoring criteria to track and compare the progress of transit incentives by state.• Produced work plans with goals, timelines, and deliverables to move project forward.• Assisted with writing a winning proposal for $1.3 million for NHT Community Development Fund.
