Provide full secretarial assistance to the President of the Club, including preparation of correspondence, screening telephone calls and organizing monthly meetings and agendas, represent the President in attending certain function events, coordinate and allocate schedule amongst PA of President, handle finance and tax documents of the club, plan and organize events of the club and the USC.I spent the first few months as temporary Administrator for the club before and currently provide support for the Junior Assistant to assist the President.

Provide full PA and secretarial assistance to the Vice CEO, including preparation of correspondence, screening telephone calls and organizing appointments, represent on behalf the VICE CEO in certain meetings, coordinate and allocate overflow work amongst secretaries, assist in checking finance transactions document, and performed other duties as assigned.
