As a Business System Analysts within the division of Sentara Digital Solutions, I support End User agents within the Sentara Health Plans Call Center for Members Services, Provider Services, and Pharmacy Services. I am a new addition to a Health Cloud Customer Support team of two Developers, two QAs, Sys Admin, Sr BSA, SCRUM Master and Product Owner, and I am involved in requirements-gathering and story writing for Health Cloud enhancements. I support Change Management, testing, and deployments.

As the sole Senior Business Systems Analyst, I played an active Product Owner role on the Lifespark Salesforce Health Cloud team for the implementation, migration, maintenance, and enhancements of the newest version of Health Cloud for the Population Health division of Lifespark. I supported Health Cloud and Athena Health End Users that included RNs, Engagement Specialists, and Business Development stakeholders. I was the primary Sr Business Systems Analyst with the Tech, Data, and Analytics department for Livio Health (a sister company to BCBS; later acquired by Lifespark Senior Health) and provided Admin support. I was responsible for the design, development, and support of our Salesforce platform to ensure Livio Health leveraged all that Salesforce has to offer to support end users and continually improve patient care.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:▪️ Met with teams, managers, and project stakeholders to assess needs, goals, and solutions.▪️ Developed customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.▪️ Designed and assisted to implement Salesforce applications.▪️ Created flowcharts, instruction documentation (Job Aids), and orchestrated a monthly User Group meeting.▪️ Developed and tested the functionality of the application.▪️ Troubleshooted issues and fixed problems.▪️ Produced technical training documentation and videos for Salesforce staff.▪️ Assembled data and publish reports & dashboards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪️ Managed the park district reservation and registration system across 30+ parks and facilities in a manner that supports all field staff, as well as the Guest Services Department, Marketing Department, Community Engagement Department, Research Department, General Counsel, and Finance. ▪️ Worked closely with fellow administrative departments to identify and implement solutions for evolving business needs, including modifications to operational processes and procedures.▪️ Managed a customer database of 180,000+ customer accounts, including integrity monitoring and self-service enhancements.▪️ Co-managed content, descriptions, and fees of goods and services available for the public on the reservation and registration website. ▪️ Designed, configured, and implemented Point-Of-Sale touchscreens for varying park operations, including ski hills, visitor centers, nature centers, campgrounds, golf courses, equipment rental buildings and concessions. ▪️ Prepared reports for staff, including department managers, directors, and commissioners. ▪️ Created documentation & training videos for End Users on the park district SharePoint intranet site.▪️ Provided support and information for all End Users & staff through a Help Desk ticketing portal.🟢 Biggest Accomplishment: coordinated the 18-month implementation of a brand new cloud-based reservation and registration application (including set up of General Ledger accounts and customer web interface) and managed go-live cut-over from existing software.
