Elizabeth Perrin is a third year Doctor of Pharmacy Student at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). Being an alumnus from NSU, Elizabeth was delighted to be able to continue her education at her alma mater. She is expected to graduate in 2026 and is more than determined to make her pharmacy journey one filled with lessons, achievements, and most importantly memories.She received her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with minors in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Pre-Health from NSU in 2022. She was a dual admission pharmacy student and wasted no time in starting her transition to pharmacy school. Elizabeth’s goal of becoming a pharmacist was solidified during her high school years as well as during her undergraduate studies. Once accepted she went straight into exploring the various organizations NSU had to offer in order to expand her knowledge of pharmacy as well as beginning her networking journey. She joined two organizations: College of Psychiatric and Neurological Pharmacists / The American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists (CPNP/AAPP) and The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). Elizabeth has always been passionate about mental illnesses in all aspects and feels that this is a perfect fit for her. Elizabeth also has experience in a community pharmacy and in the hospital/in-patient setting. She is excited to explore the various avenues pharmacy has to offer and that she will be exposed to over the next four years.Throughout her life, Elizabeth has always shown interest in helping those in need. She has always made community service a part of her life by volunteering at her church and helping with fundraisers, religious events, and retreats. She also enjoys putting a smile on other’s faces and loves to interact with those around her. Because of this she is not afraid to spark a conversation and feels much satisfaction when helping someone feel better.
