With the acquisition of Talc de Luzenac from Rio Tinto Minerals, I moved into the Director role to lead HR initiatives and coordinate integration of 350 employees, directing an international mobility program for the new division and region. I also managed 4 Collect Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) across 10 locations (US and Canada) and led HR projects across North America. We revised manufacturing incentive plans for 4 non-union sites and designed commission-based incentive plans for our sales teams. Executing a structured, centralized recruitment strategy, I reduced time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, filling 13 key positions within 10 months.
