Led the production, writing, and data presentation of a research report submitted to the BC provincial government regarding increasing employment among people with physical disabilities. Worked closely with Dr Susan Forwell, Department Head of UBC Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy.

I led hands-on neuroanatomy lessons using human cadavers to physiotherapy and occupational therapy students. Per school year, I taught 136 hours on several neuroanatomy topics, such as neurodevelopment, sensation, spinal cord and nerves, and neurodegenerative diseases. Was nominated for and awarded a Teaching Assistant Excellence Award in 2017, based on student and supervisor evaluations.

Assisted in gastroenterology research undertaken by Dr Elaine Petrof at the Gastrointestinal Diseases Research Unit (GIDRU) of KGH. I helped draft & edit manuscripts and became the first author of a Fecal Microbiota Transplant (FMT) paper, co-written with Dr Petrof and Dr Lee, published in August 2016.

Acquired a working proficiency with Acknowledge Data Acquisition and Analysis Software, in which I transformed and cleaned HR and GSR wavelengths.
