International Sales Support Perform Manager
CurrentAs a Sales Support Perform Manager, I lead a diverse, high-performing team of 30FTE. I work closely with international sales managers and leadership to support sales and revenue, drive performance, and ensure KPIs are met within close deadlines. I am dedicated to deliver a seamless customer experience, applying a “first time right” and “on time delivery” approach. I am always looking for process improvements, optimization and cost reduction based on data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address process bottlenecks and areas for improvement.• Mentor, Coach and develop team members.• Monitor and analyze sales performance, supporting leadership with account planning to drive AOP achievement.• Provide operational and analytical support for scorecards, dashboards, and performance tracking.• Lead sales improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities.• Drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies.
