The Trauma-Informed Academy offers evidence-informed multidisciplinary blended learning (self-directed online, webinar, and instructor led) that reduces the time, trauma and cost of healing for those impacted by trauma and those who work with them. Our work is based on the inputs of people with lived experience, over two decades of helping people learn about what it means to be Trauma-Informed, and robust experience in creating educational products that make a difference.

EPower & Associates, Inc. is the umbrella for everything we do except instructional design and specific types of consulting. It houses The Trauma Informed Academy. The TIA is our channel for blended learning program of online materials, assignments, and regular calls focusing on trauma, change and resilience. Our work is multidisciplinary and accessible and helps people master the impact of trauma as well as increase their Emotional Intelligence.

Designed, developed and piloted customer service initiative to improve performance for agents managing customer claims for cell phone insurance provider. Developed and piloted Supervisory Skill Development program to support agents transitioning to supervisory roles.

As part of Department 28, created proposals, designed, developed, and delivered training to organizations working to improve their customer service ratings. This included automotive manufacturers, mortgage providers such as Wells Fargo, and contact centers. Redesgined contact center operations certification for JDPA. Created metadata dictionary for online simulation of retail automotive dealership for training.

Worked on global conversion to SAP project as instructional designer.

Worked for People Systems Training and Development on approximately 250 projects in social, technical and skills training. Part of Team Development task force, authroed team development toolkit for all employees; delibvered proprietary change management course; documented and provided training on 10K sq foot coninuous improvement laboratory, and designed, developed and delivered all EEO, diversity and disability education courses.
