My special talent is helping people become more self-compassionate, and therefore happier. Through a number of organizations, retreats, and leadership initiatives, I teach compassion and self-compassion in a way that gives people more energy and improves every relationship– personal, professional, and with yourself. So reach out if you're struggling with a challenge! My past experience includes working as an associate at Sidley Austin, conducting legal investigations for the New York Attorney General’s Office, and working in human rights for the United Nations in Geneva. Now I run 3 organizations:• Lead with Compassion designs, tailors, and delivers leadership and well-being programs for companies around the world. One branch is Self-Compassion for Lawyers which specializes in the legal field. We've served The Carlyle Group, Columbia Law School, Deutsche Bank, Eastern District of New York, Library of Congress, New York Supreme Court, Novartis, NYU Medical School, and top law firms.• Happiness Sangha a virtual happiness and meditation studio which offers programs several times a week for individuals. A few programs are in person in New York City. We've had over 10,000 Happiness Sangha program attendees in the last decade.• Compassionate World is a non-profit committed to spreading compassion through education. We serve non-profits, universities, and schools. Through my journey, I’ve lived in 7 countries, gained fluency in 5 languages, and was lucky enough to be part of several different cultures. What I learned is that people find happiness in many of the same ways. Awareness, compassion, self-compassion, and meaningful work always bring joy and can get us through any struggle. I’m on a mission to make the world a better place — one meditation at a time, one happy individual at a time, one thriving organization at a time. Please reach out if you want to chat.
