As a Communications and Public Relations assistant, my role incudes Designing and managing the e-Msingi digital platforms, website, and newsletter. Employing results-oriented communication strategies and effective tracking of project outcomes to ensure alignment with results-based management principles.Implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance online visibility, improve client management, and foster community engagement.

Since April 2020, I have been leading projects at the Nawiri Sisters Foundation, where our mission focuses on enhancing the well-being of women and girls through advocacy and impactful community projects. My responsibilities include: Leading dynamic stakeholder engagement, serving as a critical liaison between donors, partners, and community groups. This role involves adapting swiftly to project needs and stakeholder feedback to ensure effective outcomes. Developing and overseeing the preparation of monitoring and evaluation reports that increase stakeholder visibility and support the ongoing success and expansion of our projects. Spearheading advocacy campaigns that address crucial issues like menstrual health management and gender-based violence, directly impacting the lives of over 500 girls by fostering significant health and social change.
