We engage employers and dispel the myths about subsidised training opportunities.Specialist Training: CQM provides accessible training and development, tailored to help individuals maximise their potential. We raise the standard of training in health and social care using skilled trainers, developing challenging and stimulating training programmes and using our commercial experience to enhance and exceed expectations. Work Based Learning (WBL): CQM is an accredited Edexcel and EDI Centre and we market an increasing range of courses to both private and public sectors. The Division works closely with Brokerage to source its learners and share best practice.National Apprenticeship Placement Service (NAPS): The NAPS Division identifies Apprenticeship placements and engages with employers to take on Apprentices and provide work-based training. Working closely with the Brokerage and WBL, NAPS works hard to increase the number of employers providing Apprenticeship opportunities and openly market these vacancies to 16-24 year olds.
