• Oversee and manage the daily operations and workload of the ladies wear team, prioritising tasks as required• Identify problems and find solutions, being more efficient in completing tasks• The communication between internal departments and external vendors• Closely monitoring the production calendar to meet deadlines • Updating Style Contracts• Preparing shipments and tracking samples• Attend regular team meetings as required• Enter all work in process: update any changes• Communication with factories, warehouse, freight forwarders, sales reps and various internal departments

• Ensure company receives payments for goods and services and properly record transactions in Arrow and Harmony systems• Sending account reminders and communicating with customers via phone, email, fax or mail• Prepare Cash and Cheque payments for bank deposit• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are accounted for and properly posted• Research any discrepancies by checking bill, invoices, sales receipts, and bank deposit records• Generate monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements and reports detailing paid or unpaid invoices and other account receivable information

• Provide excellence in customer service• Follow aircraft procedures i.e. closing of aircraft doors, emergency procedures, security and safety checks etc• Undertake food handling, setting up of trolleys, meal service etc• Undertake cleaning duties ensuring hygiene standards are maintained• Undertake cash handling, electronic payments etc• Assist the crew as required
