I am the strategic developer and senior manager of Wacom's social media channels across the Americas. The content I create with the help of artists and educators, enhances Wacom's brand visibility and establishes a cohesive brand voice across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. As part of my role, I align social media initiatives with corporate objectives and seasonal sales goals, resulting in increased leads and traffic to owned properties. I also work closely with customer care and web services to echo the needs and desires that our followers voice on social platforms.

I developed social media strategies to increase Wacom's brand and product awareness in Latin America. I worked with teams across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America to create a unified content strategy and develop shared editorial calendars. A big part of my job revolved around managing influencer collaborations, content production and community management. I helped Wacom with influencer mapping, asset development in Spanish, English and Portuguese, represented Wacom at trade shows, and hosted many Wacom webinars and art contests.
