Supporting people capabitity and performance projects.

- Manage LMS (ELMO) - Instructional Design - use of Articulate 360, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, and InDesign- HR project support; Values, Company Awards, Wellbeing projects, internal comms - Lead implementation of ELMO LMS, Onboarding and Survey modules.- Digital & Tech project support – Creation of all training materials (e-learning, user guides and webinars) for Frameworks (ERP system), Mobe3 (digital inventory app and device), and pwGO (ecommerce platform). Also provided support for internal comms, change management and system testing for these projects.- Internal Comms for HR team- Coordination of training programmes- Reporting

Supporting a team of recruitment consultants with day to day admin and candidate management.Responsibilities included; database management, updating the company website and managing the social media sites, reference checking, coordinating temps, payrol admin, MYOB invoicing, maintaining health and safety documentation, project work and other general admin duties.

This role was a nine week internship during which I worked in the People Support department as part of the Retail Careers team. I participated in projects that involved employment branding, recruitment and learning and development. This internship was a key component of the Bachelor of Business degree I completed and was a valuable opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge I learnt during my degree.My key tasks include: Managing the Social Media calendar, collating content, writing posts & taking photos, Updating the careers website, Project support, Market research, Reviewing current processes and making recommendations for improvements, Creating and Analysing Reports.
