Providing bilingual consultation, therapy, crisis management, assessment, case management, collaboration with stakeholders across all four PreK-12 schools. Assisting with school policy recommendations across all three tiers of student needs, and providing training for staff and the community.

Board Member since Spring 2019. Responsible for consulting with “Recess,” a respite ministry for children with special needs as the behavioral specialist. Also responsible for assisting the children’s ministry with managing volunteers , training, and administrative duties.

Supervising the Functional Family Therapy Program for Cape May and Atlantic Counties as well as providing family therapy for a small caseload.

Providing urgent triages for people of all ages and needs, providing therapy, coordinating with the treatment team. Currently in the process of TF-CBT training/certification. Committee Chair of Acenda’s Field Safety sub-committee.

Providing therapy to families in South Jersey using an evidence-based model.

Immediate intervention service for children and adolescents experiencing escalated emotional and behavioral issues and provide case management services to the youth and family to prevent further problems in functioning and/or disruption of their living environment. Responsible for serving at a school for students with emotional and behavioral needs. Responsible for individual and group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, some informal assessments, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators.

Assisted with academic and personal challenges of students, classroom guidance, and exam administration.

Assisted with research on insomnia. Responsible for scheduling, screening, and performing intakes. Also responsible for maintaining databases, files, and entering data.

Responsible for assisting Dr. Michael Grandner in neurobehavioral performance, biopsychosocial functioning, metabolism, and polysomnographic sleep studies.Publications: Altman, N.
