I learned and improved many skills including my communication style, project management, and process improvement. More specifically, this position included tasks such as:- Evaluated and documented best standardized practices for daily stockroom and receiving department processes- Relocated thousands of parts from various locations in the stockroom to eliminate overflow area- Established a locker system to provide production workers a visual of available tools and part numbers- Participated in Kaizen using DMAIC framework to improve shipping processes for finished goods
