I developed and delivered new hire training and continuing education training on marketplace policies, member dispute guidelines, and internal procedures to 20 team members. I also collaborated with Trust & Safety team managers and other QA team members to determine performance criteria and accompanying rubric, then used this information to conduct quality.

I detected fraud trends, established relationships between policy-violating accounts, and investigated questionable shops to ensure they met the company’s marketplace criteria. I also educated customers about our policies, remediated or terminated accounts as needed, and investigated and responded to appeals from closed accounts.

I executed day-to-day office administrative duties at a classical music public relations firm, including but not limited to receiving clients, directing phone calls, processing mail, and purchasing office supplies. I also handled accounts payable and receivable and mentored candidates in the quarterly internship program.

I assisted retail customers in selecting and purchasing Apple goods and services. I educated myself about new product features and known bugs and issues, and as a member of the visual merchandising team, I helped maintain visual standards within the store, set up new demo products, and ran routine maintenance on machines during off hours.
