We’re a research and design lab for the social sector, working to transform child welfare. Led and guided by people who have been directly impacted by this system, we are a trusted partner across the field. We work with government agencies, lawmakers, providers, advocates, and foundations to drive novel, scalable solutions at the federal, state, and local levels.

My renewals-focused sub-team owned the customer retention metrics for our rapidly growing Dropbox Business base. I leveraged qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand and minimize user churn. I conducted multivariate testing across scaled channels (web property, in-product, email) to drive engagement and grow happy customers.Throughout my time at Dropbox, I also served as a leader of Dropbox’s Women’s group, where I built and ran internal workshops and external events that reached over 120 women in 2016 (including C-suite, engineers, and others).

In January of 2015, Dropbox launched its London office, our first direct sales site in Europe. Our five-person landing team focused on establishing the best ways to serve our ever-growing enterprise customer base in the UK. I focused on defining the “inside sales” role at Dropbox, which scaled to all European offices.

President Obama's Office of Public Engagement bridged the gap between the Executive Office of the President and the American people. It proactively reached out to stakeholders in issues on the President’s agenda, ultimately including a diverse group of local and state leaders in the policy-making process.In partnering with Vice President Biden’s office, I took on work that aligned with his commitment to causes like cracking down on gun violence and furthering the Violence Against Women Act. I composed memos, blog posts, and talking points for Assistants and Special Assistants to the Vice President; communicated directly with government and community leaders across the US; and supported the planning and execution of more than a dozen local and national Vice Presidential events.

I composed press releases and talking points for Senator, compiled the daily clips packet, and fielded calls from reporters.
