Food Pantry Spanish Bilingual Community Support Coordinator. The Community Support Administrative Coordinator (CSC) provides administrative and onsite support to the Food Bank’s Pop-Up program, which operates multiple walk-up and drive-thru pantries in San Francisco and Marin counties. This coordinator supports the large team of supervisors, site coordinators, and associates to ensure that the program has everything it needs to run successful 20+ food distributions each week. This position reports to the Pop-up Program Manager.

Utilize my bilingual skills to create, coordinate and implement a Membership application program with guidelines for Mission Food Hub families that prioritized Covid-19 Safety Protocols, equity and language access for our Spanish and Cantonese speaking constituents. As Registration and Safety Coordinator also monitored working conditions and resolves any safety issues that may arise outside of the Mission Food Hub. Translate and interpret to ensure language access for all Spanish speaking families/volunteers participating in the Mission Food Hub programs.

Contact Tracer: Conduct in-depth interviews with contacts exposed to Covid19 cases in the Spanish speaking community. Assess their ability to quarantine or isolate and provide resources and referrals for appropriate services to support contacts and their family.

Booking and Special Events Manager for this elegant, intimate and historical performing arts reception hall. Provide technical assistance to licensees planning their special events ranging from fundraising receptions to small conferences and weddings.

Produced the 2002 and 2003 Carnaval Parade and Special Events celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Carnaval San Francisco. Created and coordinated a grant assistance program for contingents, technical assistance workshops and community involvement strategies such as partnerships with SFPride and Chinese New Year's Parade, to engage community leaders in the production of this landmark event.
