I assist Fitness Athletes Competing in Figure and Bikini categories to get ready for the stage with tailored nutrition plans that are healthy and designed to burn fat and build/maintain beautiful lean muscle. I have also worked with professional MMA fighters assisting them with healthy pre-fight cutting options that do not deplete, utilize drugs, or strain internal organs. The competitive fitness industry has been long known in the past for its unhealthy practices - those days are over. It doesn't have to be that way as better results are attainable when utilizing healthy and supportive nutrition protocols.

When my daughter expressed a desire to play Women’s Lacrosse at the college level I was thrust into a management, coaching, and motivational role in which there were little educational resources available. I was forced to become my own experiential expert preparing my daughter for what led to a Division 1 Commitment and a dozen other D1 contacts minutes after midnight on September 1st of her junior year of High School. So much athletic talent goes unnoticed and potential scholarships missed because parents are waiting on their coaches for direction - something most HS coaches are not skilled at or can dedicate the time to. I teach parents the action steps and mindset required to successfully navigate the recruiting process so their youth athlete becomes a stand out on the field and is equipped with the mindset required to win at the game of college recruiting.
