IPS was a privately held company providing printing and fulfillment solutions in the credit, debit and gift card industry. As CFO, I was responsible for reporting, cash management, payroll/benefits, and financial planning & analysis for a medium sized company with over 250 employees and full time contractors. Managed relationships with Private Equity investors, commercial lenders, and strategic partners. Prepared the company for sale and worked closely with interested buyers through the due diligence process, enabling the deal to close in less than 12 months. Led decision support for pricing, new product development, equipment investments, strategic partnerships, and facilities expansion. Supported 75% growth in staffing over 12 months, while on-boarding new customers accounting for over 30% of annual revenue. Company acquired April 2014 by Multi Packaging Solutions. The CFO position was eliminated after consolidation of responsibilities into corporate functions.

Created Financial Planning and Analysis department supporting North American Marketing. Led performance management of $3.2 billion portfolio (key brands: Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, Crown Royal, Guinness). Responsibilities included budgeting, strategic planning, investment analysis, decision support, and accounting of over $500 million for marketing and new product development. Managed $50 million in overhead for 150-person division.

Responsible for reporting on consumer products globally, along with tracking performance and analyzing new product launches, R&;D projects, and business development (licensing agreements, joint ventures and M&A projects). Managed $50 million consumer R&D budget.

Created financial models used for corporate restructuring, labor negotiations and IPO in 1993.
