Social media posts for the events received more than 1.2M impressions, reaching over 652,000 unique consumers.==The success of this program was so well received by the company’s executive team that I was honored to receive Simon Property Group’s “Best Director of Marketing” award in 2019.==Coordinated the marketing efforts behind a $15M property renovation project including the addition of 4 anchor tenants and numerous inline tenants==Created annual traffic-driving events, brand activations & sponsorship programs, generating over $400k in incremental revenue SALES HIGHLIGHTS==Secured $1.5MM in new business revenue in one year across alcoholic beverage category for integrated programming consisting of radio, digital, social, experiential elements==Experience managing clients across many verticals: Healthcare, Pharma, AlcBev, automotive, CPG, Insurance, among others.==Assisted in brokering a $1MM 10-year inline property lease for a radio station tenant that included marketing assets to cross-promote the shopping center==Increased incremental revenue + 40% YoY by proactively bundling podcasting streaming assets to client digital audio campaigns ==Achieved property advertising sales goal (2019 +4%, 2018 +14%, 2017 +8%) All of the eclectic experiences above have shaped me into who I am as a marketer.
