Elizabeth has 30 years’ experience as a commercial real estate lawyer in Atlanta representing clients ranging from one of the largest retailers in the world to small industrial businesses. She practices in the area of commercial real estate focusing primarily on acquisition, development, construction, leasing and sale of large-scale retail shopping centers, as well as retail, office and industrial properties for owners, investors, users, landlords and tenants, and real estate finance for developers and lenders. Elizabeth’s experience also includes the financing, development and sales of all types of commercial real estate, large tract assemblages, and tax deferred exchanges for real estate developers, users and investors. Her experience includes seventeen years of serving as outside real estate counsel for the world’s largest retailer throughout the State of Georgia and representation of The Coca-Cola Company in its assemblage of Coca-Cola Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta. In addition to real estate development, Elizabeth has significant experience in tenant and landlord representation in office, retail and industrial leasing and serves as general counsel to an industrial converting company and to Oxbow Real Estate, LLC.Elizabeth is a native of Savannah, Georgia, and currently resides in Atlanta with her husband, Tony. They have three daughters, Parker, Gray and Emma along with three dogs, Rayban, Bailey and Aspen. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys riding to hounds (foxhunting), photography, travel and volunteer work for various organizations and the Westminster Schools. Elizabeth has served on the Board for Hoofs 4 Healing, Inc., a non-profit therapeutic equestrian program for special needs children and the military.
