SHQ offers a range of clinical services including testing and treatment of STIs, contraception information and supply, unintended pregnancy support, medical abortion and cervical screening.My role:- Provides overall leadership, direction and management for a $1.3M Safe to Tell program focused on intimate partner and reproductive violence prevention in clinical services across three community health centres- Manages administrative operations such as budget planning, report preparation, expenditure on supplies, equipment and services- Coordinates and administers the Safe to Tell Intimate Partner Violence/Reproductive Coercion and Abuse (IPV/RCA) health and welfare program and clinical services support- Develops, implements and monitors procedures, policies and standards for medical, nursing, allied health and administrative staff in regards to intimate partner violence and reproductive coercion and abuse- Liaises with other health and welfare providers, boards and funding bodies to discuss areas of health and welfare service cooperation and coordination- Advises government bodies about measures to improve health and welfare services and facilities in regards to recognising, responding and referring patients affected by IPV/RCA

It was initiated by the Christian community in order to contribute to the fight against HIV/AIDS through Christian approach. BOCAIP is governed by a National Board whose role is to provide strategic guidance to the effective functioning of the organization.My role:-Extensively researched, assessed, and developed recommendations for HIV and AIDS related intervention strategies and donor collaboration and support through the development of a “Foreign Aid and Donor Support: An Assessment of the Effectiveness of Current Campaigns against the Spread of HIV and AIDS in Botswana” report-Assisted in coordinating and partnering with related NGOs within the county through traveling to three field sites across Botswana conducting field analysis and interviews
