My job duties involved coordination and management of all office operations, recruiting, training, supervision, office communications, announcements and speechwriting on behalf of COO. I received and processed new MediCal cases. Conducted intake interviews and reviewed relevant documents for determining eligibility in accordance with rules and regulations. I was responsible for a 150-family caseload, and I handled all ongoing cases and reviewed and evaluated continuing eligibility accordingly.
