Manager, Hr Business Partner
Current- Provide support to assigned global regions. Specific areas of focus include: aligning fundamental HR processes, implementing all aspects of HR strategies, and driving HR initiatives across all global regions.
- Create and implement global onboarding practices/experiences that are efficient, engaging, equitable and impactful.
- Implement Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Advocacy (IDEA) practices that support and drive the brand’s strategies and objectives.
- Ensure correct rollout of the performance management process, including objectives setting, appraisals and performance-improvement plan application for all owned business units.
- Implement Brand Purpose and Employee Value Proposition actions and activities tailored the brand to elevate the employee experience and maximize associate productivity
- Establish trust and build partnerships with business leaders to understand business needs and issues and develop innovative people strategies and solutions.
