Managed five Sales and Use Tax associates who filed returns in all fifty states and local jurisdictions and provided support to all North America buyers with tax research. Led "Lean in the Office" Initiative for Business Process, resulting in the training of over 20 finance associates and the implementation of start up meetings, visual display boards, kaizen action sheets and value stream mapping in Business Process Finance.Managed "Q12" associate engagement initiative for Business Process Finance, met with each Finance Group to identify areas of improvement and action plans focused on improving associate engagement.Used Six Sigma Methodology to lead project focusing on freight payment reporting provided by third party vendor, including leading two day blitz of team of cross functional team members through "define" stage.
