Through my life and varying career experiences I have found what works for me and what doesn't. In my personal and professional life I strive to learn and expand everyday. I choose to surrounded myself with those looking to do the same because through growth comes success. Being surrounded by others who wake up and put in their best effort that day is a wonderful way to ensure your own success. It is this reason that I prefer working for business who encourage and support personal growth, in a positive encouraging manner. While I enjoy receiving criticism and learning from my mistakes I do not appreciate being belittled or shamed for making a mistake, because that is the best way to learn! With experience in the medical field, social media management + content creation, hospitality, real estate, food industry, health and wellness space and all the experiences of my personal life I realize that the most important thing I can do is be myself. Show up authentically in every space I occupy. This includes bringing my best self to work everyday to improve the lives of anyone I interact with, and fulfill my duties as an employee of your company.
