Responsible for managing and creating comprehensive communications strategies and 360 campaigns across various platforms at Telemundo Center. This includes our monthly newsletter, creating dynamic content for both the digital screens throughout the facility and for our in-house app, updating and maintaining the company’s intranet, and engaging employees through our internal social media channel. Each of these platforms is leveraged to ensure consistent and effective communication, fostering a well-informed and connected workplace environment.Additionally, I lead the design and implementation of health and wellness programs for our population. This role involves planning and executing a range of initiatives, activities, and campaigns that support and encourage a healthy work-life balance among employees. My responsibilities extend to managing communications related to these initiatives, ensuring that all employees are well-informed about the resources and opportunities available to them, sourcing wellness vendors, organizing events and workshops, and creating campaigns that promote physical health, mental wellbeing, and overall employee satisfaction, contributing significantly to a positive and supportive work culture.
