It hosts Employeneurs (blend of employee and entrepreneur) of more than 30 nationalities and provides service to customers all over The Netherlands.I was part of the founding team of the new office in the location of Delft.As account manager within the Physics business celI I am responsible for: ➤ Field Management; support the employeneurs in their career choices and personal development, with the help of professional coaches. ➤ Business Development & Customer Relation Management; according to the needs of the specialist projects at (new) customers , and existing relationships are extended. ➤ Recruitment; the recruitment of skilled professionals and to create and maintain a network in this field. ➤ Organizing internal activities; activities such as quarterly meetings, knowledge exchange sessions, team-building activities, etc. aimed to strengthen the relationship between the employeneur and TMC.

Roles involving the following:o Consultancy performing pulsation and pressure surge analysis for process installation to ensure system integrity, complying with API standards 618, 674 and mechanical response analysis using TNO’s Pulsim®.o Managing a team of 20 people as chair of the Activity Commission of Jong TNO for leading and budgeting organization of activities.o Business development in our branch in Qatar to expand our projects in Oil and gas and other applications.

Role of Optical Engineer for projects involving hardware integration and execution ofmeasurements for Space projects:o Upgrade of the Absolute Radiometric Facilityo Straylight IR measurements for PEP immersed gratingo Measurements for characterization spectral features for transmission and reflection Diffusers & Straylight measurements in replica grating for Sentinel 5

I am involved in interviewing and assessing applicants for a starter position in our department together with the TNO corporate recruiter. I represent TNO at national and local career events and help assess candidates for the internship program at our Optics department.
