Coordinated senior team that re-designed and implemented a new organizational structure within the Information Technology department in 2011.Created a Project Portfolio, bringing together disparate sources of project data into one location.Drove the implementation of a monthly sprint process for Infrastructure projects that focused departmental goals and increased productivity over 25%.Managed two programs and multiple projects simultaneously. Programs managed were Institutional Fixed Income technology and the Broker and Client Portals. Institutional FI technology included Bloomberg and the supporting interfaces, back office data and reporting application. The Broker and Client Portal included real time positions and account activity as well as statements and shareholder documents. The Client Portal allowed Mesirow and Correspondent firm clients access to their account data. Project types included internally resourced, vendor hosted applications and third party software implementations.Managed Exchange 2010 migration and dozens of other software and/or development centric effortsCoordinated five external companies and internal resources to integrate three trading platforms. The final product brought in over $1 million in profit in the first year, with double digit growth in the following two years. Final product won an internal award for the business leaders.
