I offer thoughtful planning and top-notch organizational skills to meet the clientβs vision from concept to the archive phase.π πππππ: πππ πππππ ππππππ πππππππ ππ πππ πΏππππππ, Beauty in the bleakness. My hometown, my alma mater, my diamond in the rough. Living and creating a thesis in Detroit was what branded my authenticity. I know for certain no other city will offer the grit, rawness, and urban playground that Detroit did. Iβll never forget the jaw-dropping expressions around the room when I studied for a semester at PNCA in Portland Oregon and my classmates learned for the first time I was from Detroit. "People exist there?!" one classmate asked, "YES, people exist there, I exist there! My family exists there!". After being selected as 1 of 9 artists to be rewarded an art stipend for the first annual, βCSA Detroitβ program, I published my first book, βDetroit Nowβ. "Detroit Now", was a feature on 14 local movers/shakers making grave effort in the revitalization of Detroit. πΌππ πΌππ½ππ, The craze of maize and blue. After working for the Ann Arbor Art Center as an instructor for 5 years, I started my first full-time job in design and marketing for a luxury high-rise downtown. With leading sales over $100k two years in a row for the company, I had more connections in the city than fans in the big house. These connections led to two life-changing job opportunities, "Communications Photographer" at the University of Michigan Law School, and an opportunity to shoot the, βHeisman Tour" for Sports Illustrated. πΌπππππ, The Yellow Rose from El Paso to Austin. Originally I was moving to El Paso after applying and being offered an artist residency through the nationwide, βArtSpaceβ organization. However a quick change of heart and one job offer later, I was the first out-of-state hire and chosen 1 out of 267 applicants to be the new, βCreative Directorβ at Dalgleish Construction Architectural Co. Without knowing one person, or ever previously visiting Austin, I moved across the country and dove into the world of high-end architecture.
