I write content and articles that address physical and mental health, primarily for Dartmouth Health but also for select clients, including The Lionheart Foundation. I also am currently writing a book about a 19th century healer, an early draft of which awarded me semi-finalist for the Big Moose Literary Prize. An early chapter was a finalist for the Vermont Writers Award.

Conceived, developed and launched AuthorPods.com, an organization and platform that promotes and supports author talks and events. AuthorPods was a 2021 cohort in the LaunchVT incubator program. Among our clients has been Bookstock, a festival of words that unifies people in the celebration of storytelling and the written word. The 2023 bookstockvt.org included approximately 75 speakers and an attendance of close to 2,000. We designed the Bookstock 2024 program before its sudden cancellation. We are advisers to the new Jackson Hole Book Festival in October, 2024.

This intergenerational memoir explores the inheritability of trauma and its effects across 3 generations of mothers.
