• Network LAN infrastructure - Primary responsibility for user network cabling from desktop to closet switch. Determined LAN cabling requirements for building renovation projects including Lockheed Martin Eagan’s Data Center build out.• Cisco Wireless Access Points - Maintained Lockheed Martin Eagan’s entire wireless infrastructure, both Lockheed Martin and Guest wireless. Maintained, supported, and upgraded facility’s 49 Cisco wireless access points before converting them to Lightweight Access Point Protocol.• Riverbed devices – Supported Riverbed WAN optimization appliances across 28 Lockheed Martin sites with configuration changes and operating system upgrades.• Change Manager – Eagan Facility - Experienced with strict Change Management procedures and guidelines. Led local weekly Change Management meeting.• Foundstone Security Scan - Conducted monthly required vulnerability scanning for standalone networks using McAfee Foundstone security scanner.• VTC scheduling, set up and troubleshooting –Coordinated with multiple Lockheed Martin locations to deliver VTC services.• Supported the Avaya G3R.11 telephone switch and Octel Overture voicemail – responsible for responding to BMC Remedy ITSM tickets for adds, moves, and changes.• On Site lead - Managed the corporate controlled EVAN (Enterprise Vulnerability Assessment Network) scanner and EWLAN (Enterprise Wireless Local Area Network) controller.• Fiber Installation – Terminated and tested fiber optics for the building backbone and a SAN network.• Building Closure - Supported Lockheed Martin Eagan’s facility closure. Determined disposition of network/telecom assets. Transferred those assets that could be used to other Lockheed Martin sites. Disposed of unneeded/end of life assets. Worked closely with local asset management team to maintain accuracy of asset management data.
