Floor Covering Etc is a showroom specializing in residential and commercial design and encompasses all manner of flooring, window treatments, fabrics, and wall coverings. My responsibilities included:-site visits to determine existing room sizes/configurations.-helping customers select the appropriate flooring for their specific situation.-figuring out bids on both residential and commercial projects.-meeting with reps at our showroom to learn about new products in the industry.-attend applicable seminars or shows.-directing installers and answering any questions they had about a project.-designing direct marketing materials and distributing them to prospective local clients.-designing the company website and keeping it updated.
