Elizabeth Fagin Zaby, a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law and the owner of the firm, has been in practice for over 30 years. She holds the distinction of being an AV-Preeminent rated attorney as determined by Martindale Hubbell. Since 1981, she has routinely handled premarital and post-marital agreements, complex wills and trusts, special needs trusts, probate matters involving significant property assets, estates holding family owned businesses, and litigation involving removal of executors and trustees.
