Client: MAÄT Led successful Kickstarter campaign for the MAÄT 1.0 Legging, securing initial funding for the Fall 2021 launch. Directed all branding and digital marketing efforts, including creating Brand Book, developing messaging and target acquisition segments, and launching digital marketing and advertising. The MAÄT 1.0 Legging is a sleek performance yoga legging with built-in knee pads designed to protect and stabilize the knee without being bulky or restricting movement.

Reported to the Founder and CEO of this celebrity-led lifestyle brand that encompassed fashion, accessories, home and beauty. Set the strategic brand vision and launched ecommerce platform. Managed all earned, owned and paid channels, external creative partners, and digital and PR agencies. Drove a 35% yoy increase in corporate ecommerce revenue by improving website UX, launching D2C digital and social media advertising, and introducing affiliate marketing and influencer programs.

Hired as CIRCA’s first-ever marketing executive to accelerate brand awareness and grow customer base for this luxury jewelry company as it expanded globally. Drove brand and ecommerce strategy using a high-impact, integrated marketing mix. Drove a 33% increase in revenue in 2 years, and expanded into Asia and Europe.

Devised and implemented social media strategies across platforms as part of integrated digital campaigns in support of product and brand initiatives. Special focus on luxury clients such as Harry Winston, Swiss International Airlines and CIRCA. Eventually hired by client CIRCA to build their marketing team.

Launched the CFA Institute Research Challenge, a key global PR initiative for CFA Institute, that significantly raised the brand affinity and engagement level among core constituencies, and attracted millennials to its ranks. The program continues today and includes close to 6,000 people in 54 countries.

Brought in by the Board of Directors to help turnaround a 64-year old non-profit. Returned the organization to profitability and increased revenues by 70% in 5 years by effectively re-positioning the brand, forming strategic partnerships and introducing new media content distribution platforms.
