-Deliver instruction to 10th grade students with special needs in small classes and larger classes; teach and plan units for International Baccalaureate Language and Literature course with a co-teacher and independently -Collaborate with teachers and staff multiple times per week in grade level, department, and full faculty meetings to address professional problems and improve teachers' instructional practice -Analyze and discuss data with grade level and department teams to identify trends in attendance, grades, and behavior, and brainstorm solutions to improve student outcomes-Write Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for students with special needs, lead IEP meetings, and provide individualized special education services for caseload of students-Create accommodations and modifications to the 10th grade curriculum, allowing students with special needs to complete 10th grade level work-Collaborate with parents regularly regarding students' strengths and areas of growth-10th grade lead teacher and representative on the school-wide Instructional Leadership Team (ILT)-Chair Digital Leadership Corps, a professional learning community of 14 teachers dedicated to utilizing technology in the classroom to improve instruction and student engagement; create agendas, collaborate with principals, lead meetings, ensure team commitments are met-Co-presenter at Deeper Learning Conference in San Diego, CA in April 2015
