• Produce and execute 30+ company events annually.• Manage Involvement/Activities budgets up to $3M.• Develop and execute yearly gift for 8,500 global employees.• Support and communicate the company’s Employee Value Proposition to improve attraction and curb turnover.• Assist with global executive “Town Hall” broadcasts, including prepping exec team and managing logistics.• Manage community outreach and charity events, including AIDS Walk SF, Tour de Cure, community scholarship programs, and DEI initiatives.• Produce and manage traveling “Employee Fair” events for 14 locations, including food trucks, activities, and giveaways.• Produce, manage, and emcee the company’s annual service awards program and banquet.

Office administration, front office management skills, excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction, effective communication skills with both staff and patients, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficient in electronic health records, reviewing claims that have been adjudicated by insurance carriers for appropriate billing, reviewing EOBs and posting payments, addressing denied claims and identifying what is needed for appeal, verifying specific insurance benefits and in-network eligibility. Evaluate and manage staff performance regularly, in addition to participating in our practice’s twice-yearly formal reviews of all staff. Document all reviews promptly in the employee’s file.
